Ingredients

  • 1 lb boned sirloin steak, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • Directions
  • ●Combine beef and garlic in a bowl and chill for 10 minutes.
  • ●Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray; heat until hot.
  • ●Add beef and garlic, sauté 5 minutes or until beef is done.
  • ●Remove beef from pan and keep warm.
  • ●Combine bok choy and green onions in skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  • ●Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 minutes or until slightly thick.
