Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage with sage(cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese (or whatever you like- jack/sharp cheddar)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
- 6 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine sausage and cheeses in bowl-mix- and put 1/2 in each pie shell.
3. Combine eggs, milk, onion, and peppers- put 1/2 in each shell
4. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
