GF Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose baking flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 4 T agave nectar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups berries

Preparation
Step 1
For my gluten free flour I used Bob’s Red Mill which contains garbanzo flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, and fava flour.
and OhGave! Blue Agave which is slightly sweet with the texture of honey, its really good.
First off melt 1/2 a stick of butter in your pie plate. I just popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Then in a small bowl, add your flour and baking soda, mix well. Then add in your wet ingredients, milk and agave nectar. Mix well. Then immediately pour on top of your melted butter as the flour mixture will start to bubble. Then toss in your berries.
Spread them out evenly and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
