Apple Cake

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 3 Eggs
• 1 c. oil
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 c. flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 4 c. sliced apples (thinly)
• 1 c. chopped nuts
• 3 oz. cream cheese
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil till foamy. Add all other ingredients, except apples and nuts. When mixed thoroughly, add apples and nuts (very gooey) by hand.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Top with glaze when cooled.

Combine glaze.
