Ingredients

  • For each burger
  • 1 pita bread, split and toasted
  • 1 oz arugula
  • 2 oz cucumber pickles
  • 3 slices tomatoes 1 oz feta
  • 1 onion ring
  • 2 oz tatzhiki sauce
  • Falafel Mix
  • 1 lb ground chick peas
  • 3 tblsp. Tahini paste
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 tblsp. Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • EVOO
  • Tatzhiki sauce
  • 6 oz Greek yoghurt
  • 2 oz sour cream
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tblsp. Garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped mint
  • 1 oz dill
  • 1/4 cup grated cucumber
  • Pickled Cucumber Slices
  • 2 oz sliced cukes
  • 1 tblsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the ground chickpeas and rest tof the ingredients . Form patties and fry in a small amount of olive oil.
Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Mix the pickles and set for 3 hours.
Form the burgers as ingredients were listed.
