Ingredients
- For each burger
- 1 pita bread, split and toasted
- 1 oz arugula
- 2 oz cucumber pickles
- 3 slices tomatoes 1 oz feta
- 1 onion ring
- 2 oz tatzhiki sauce
- Falafel Mix
- 1 lb ground chick peas
- 3 tblsp. Tahini paste
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 tblsp. Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- EVOO
- Tatzhiki sauce
- 6 oz Greek yoghurt
- 2 oz sour cream
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tblsp. Garlic
- 2 tsp chopped mint
- 1 oz dill
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- Pickled Cucumber Slices
- 2 oz sliced cukes
- 1 tblsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tblsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the ground chickpeas and rest tof the ingredients . Form patties and fry in a small amount of olive oil.
Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Mix the pickles and set for 3 hours.
Form the burgers as ingredients were listed.
