• 1 T ground cumin
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
