Ingredients

  • 6 small red potatoes
  • 3 medium carrots cut into 1" pieces
  • 3 stalks celery cut into 1" pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 1 boneless botton round roast (about 3#)
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1/2 soup can water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place vegetables into bottom of 3.5 quart slow cooker.
2. Top with beef.
3. Stir the soups and water in a medium bowl and pour over beef mixture.
4. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 11 hours or until beef is fork tender.
