I would double the marinade recipe. I put more on the chicken while cooking it, and more to serve on the side would be good, too.

I served it with a seasoned rice, corn, applesauce and watermelon. Crowd pleaser all the way around. Everyone liked it quite well, it wasn't too difficult to prepare, it was healthy!

If kids are out of school then everyone will be traveling and prices tend to be high. If kids are in school prices are reduce. This especially applies to be able to anything Disney! Look for flights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I would pick Sept. Oct. early Nov. Disney lowers hotel prices and sometimes offers totally free dining plan in September. Also look up southwest airlines because they don't book with travelocity or expedia. Also look at different times from the day.
