  • 2-4 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package french fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Clean and remove fat from chicken breasts and cut into halves, strips or whatever piece size you want.

Crush french fried onions so that they turn into crumbs by squeezing them with your hands while still in the package, or in a storage bag.

Pour crumbs into a bowl big enough to dip into.

Crack an egg into a bown and scramble.

Dip chicken pieces into egg and then into crumb mixture.

Place pieces into a baking pan (use non-stick spray or aluminum foil).

Bake at 400° F. for 30 minutes.
