Ingredients

2 1/2 fresh grated bread crumbs
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teasp. salt
1/2 teasp. pepper
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley
1 stick butter, melted
1 chicken cut up

Preparation

Step 1

Mash garlic w/salt

Add breadcrumbs, pepper, parmesan cheese and parsley

Dip chicken in butter then in crumbs

Pour remaining butter over top of chicken

Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
