Ingredients
- 3 cups (454 g) blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar or other sweetener, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 3 minutes.
5. Serve over pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.
For a more traditional syrup, place blended mixture into a sauce pan and simmer on medium-low heat until thickened.
