The only “fresh” ingredient is eggs and we all usually have those. Everything else is a pantry item. You can literally make this from start to in the oven in five minutes. Definitely a recipe you want in your arsenal. My daughter makes this recipe into cupcakes and they are fabulous.

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can Thank You brand chocolate pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Cooking time 40mins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9 x 13 pan. (I use Baker's Joy.)
With an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding and eggs.
Beat well scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl. Batter will be thick.
Pour into pan and spread to the sides.
Top with sugar and chocolate chips.
Bake for 35 minutes.

Notes
Variation: Yellow cake mix, Vanilla pudding and Cinnamon/Butterscotch chips.
Thank You pudding can be found in your grocery around the boxed pudding and Jello.
