Ingredients
- 1 About 1 lb chopped leftover pot roast (chopped beef can be substituted)
- 3 onions
- 2 eggs
- Lg bunch of parsley (no stems)
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- Ketchup for topping

Preparation
Step 1
In a Cuisinart, finely chop meat and transfer into a large bowl.
Chop onions & parsley in the Cuisinart and add to meat bowl.
Add eggs & salt to meat mix stirring all ingredients together.
Form mixture into patties and fry in hot oil to brown both sides - 2-3 min.
Serve hot or cold with ketchup - good on rye bread.
