Ingredients
- 3/4 lb seedless watermellon
- 3/4 lb heirloon tomatoes, about 2 large
- 3 oz feta cheese
- 8 leaves of basil
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the watermelon into large, imperfect chuncks and slice the heirloom tomatores into wedges.
Combine in a bowl.
Crumble feta over the watermelon and tomato mixture, add basil, torn by hand, toss gently with olive oil.
Season, to taste, with sea salt.
Enjoy immediatley before the fruit releases too much juice.
