- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 - 2 cups sugar (1/2 white & 1/2 brown)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup granola or oatmeal

Step 1
Preheat oven 350°F. Place rhubarb in ungreased pan. Combine all other ingredients and spread over rhubarb. Bake 40 - 50 minutes until bubbles.
