Ingredients
- 8 ounce box thin spaghetti (Linguini)
- 2 cans mushrooms (small cans)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tesspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 cups turkey or chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups diced, cooked turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti & drain.
Melt butter in pan and stir in flour, salt, pepper, and stock.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens & boils for one minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sherry & cream slowly.
Pour sauce over turkey/chicken and spaghetti and spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until brown & bubbly.
