- Depending on size of round:
- 1 round of brie
- equal portions of chopped pecans and brown sugar
- liquor (bourbon, sherry, Kalua, B&B, brand, etc.) 1/4 cup or more

Preparation
Step 1
Mix nuts and sugar together and pat on top of brie.
Pour liquor over top until the sugar is wet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until top is brown and cheese is melted.
