frozen peppermint cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup crushed hard peppermint candy
• 3 drops red food coloring
• 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
• garnishes;
• whipped cream
• crushed and whole hard peppermint candy

Preparation

Step 1

combine: first 3 ingredients, firmly press into bottom and 1 inch upsides of 9-inch springform pan, chill

beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. ad condensed milk, 1 cup crushed candy and food coloring. beat well.

fold in whipped cream.pour into prepared pan. cover and freeze until firm. garnish if esired
