Ingredients
- Salad:
- greens of your choice
- green onions
- celery
- mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup sliced almonds (either pre-carmelized or carmelized with 1/4 cup sugar)
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of tabassco

Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients.
Combine salad ingredients except oranges and almonds.
Add oranges, almonds, and dressing just before serving.
