Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. Philly cream cheese
- 3/4 pound country ham - I just use the Kroger Private Selection - it's surprisingly good and just fine for this recipe
- 3-4 scallion onions - the whole thing
- Cayenne Pepper - I use a pretty liberal amount, but remember, you can put it in, but can take it out - be patient, add slowly and check for heat

Mix it all up in your food processor - time - about 5 minutes.
don't overprocess the ham
It's better when you make at least a day in advance
