- 8 SLICES OF BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED
- 22 GRAPE TOMATOES (A LITTLE LESS THAN A PINT)
- 1/4 CUP FINELY DICED LETTUCE
- 1-1/2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
Preparation
Step 1
RINSE TOMATOES AND CUT IN HALF LENGTHWISE, WITH BACK OF A SEAFOOD FORK HOLLOW OUT THE TOMATO BY REMOVING THE SEEDS. FILL CAVITY OF EACH TOMATO WITH THE BACON MIXTURE. TOP WITH DICED LETTUCE.
