Ingredients
- Real Ripe CLING FREE Peaches
- Sugar
- Boiling Water
- USE 3/4 CUP SUGAR TO EVERY 1 CUP PEACHES

Preparation
Step 1
Drop peaches in boiling water for 45 seconds, REMOVE and put immediately in Ice Water. This should help to peel the skin off easily. Cut peaches and remove seed. Place peaches in large pot and SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR TO MAKE JUICE. Bring to a boil. Cook slowly till juice just drops from the spoon. Peaches will be turning clear. There will still be some chunks. Place in sterile jars and seal. This is great! I can eat it plain.
