Ingredients

  • 1 english cucumber, peeled, grated & drained
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. each, ground cumin & freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Mex well. Cover and refigerate until ready to serve.

Best to make at least an hour before serving in order for the flavors to blend.
