Ingredients
- 1 english cucumber, peeled, grated & drained
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. each, ground cumin & freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Mex well. Cover and refigerate until ready to serve.
Best to make at least an hour before serving in order for the flavors to blend.
