Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Broccoli
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 1/2 Tbs sesame/veg oil
- 1 1/2 Tbs minced garlic
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
- red pepper flakes if you like

Preparation
Step 1
Steam florets for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix Sy sauce and cornstarch. Stir to blend. Set aside
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 'til barely golden (5-10 seconds). Add broccoli and sugar, stir the soy sauce and add it. Stir quickly to coat broccoli and then turn down heat and add lemon juice. Stir a few more times to heat through and allow sauce to thicken.
