Ingredients
- 1 pkg (3 oz) lemon jello
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind*
- 1 prepared 8-inch graham cracker crust
- or use 1 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water
ADD ice cream, by spoonfuls, stirring until melted and smooth. Add rind or lemon juice
POUR into pie crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish if desired
