Step 1

Washed, dried and rubbed with oil 4 sweet potatoes, then wrapped them in foil for the cooker. It takes about and hour and a half on high to cook them. Even the skins are sweet and soft.
Since I started doing this, it's the only way for me now. I do my white potatoes that way too. Now I don't have the big oven going just for a few potatoes.
