Ingredients
- Dough:
- 6 Cups Flour
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 12 eggs yokes
- 1 lb Unsalted Butter
- Filling:
- 12 egg whites
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 4 lbs ground walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 box powdered sugar for rolling after baked

Preparation
Step 1
Dough:
Mix in order given and shape into walnut size balls. Refrigerate overnight.
Filling:
Beat egg whites till stiff add remaining filling ingredients.
Roll dough paper thin and fill with about a tablespoon of filling and roll loosely then twist ends.
Bake at 350* for about 10 to 15 minutes or until light straw color , let them cool and roll in powered sugar.
