Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15-ounce) cans ranch style beans
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Sour cream (optional)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Green onions (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1.In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned, stirring until beef crumbles; drain well.
2.Add canned ingredients, water, chili powder, cumin, and pepper, stirring well. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and green onions, if desired
