  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast
  • 2 c. hot water (from faucet)
  • 6 c. flour (bread)
  • 2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar, yeast and water together until butter has melted. Then add bread flour and salt. Knead together with oil on your hands. Cover and let rise, 2-3 hours. Then pinch off size you want and let rise for 2 more hours. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown.
