Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Instant Brown Rice, cooked
  • 1 Can (20 0z) apple pie filling
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Cup brown sugar, divided
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp tub margarine
  • 3/4 Cup pecans chopped
  • Whipped Topping

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine Instant Brown Rice, Pie filling, lemon juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour into prepared dish.

Mix flour and remaining brown sugar. Cut in margarine and add pecans. Sprinkle over rice/apple mixture.

Bake for 20 min. Serve warm with whipped topping.
