Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs - Separated
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Buttermilk
  • 1 Tsp Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Mashed Bananas
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, buter, and egg yolks in a bowl. Mix soda and buttermilk. Add milk alternatively with sifed dry ingredients. Add bananas. Mix well and add nuts. Cut and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 Degrees for about 60-75 minutes.
