BOILED COOKIES – Trudy Hopper

Ingredients

• Mix together and bring to a boil:
• 1 stick butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 4 Tblsp cocoa
• 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
• chopped pecans optional
• Boil for 1/1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add:
• 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 2 TBLSP vanilla
• pinch of salt

Pour by spoonful on waxed paper to harden.
