This recipe also makes a great vegetarian filling for cannelloni.
This is a very versatile recipe so seeds and nuts may be substituted by other ingredients such as cooked rice, rolled oats or grated carrot.

“These were great...I used a seasoned stuffing mix in place of the breadcrumbs therefore skipping on the herbs and steak seasoning. I also used dehydrated onion in place of fresh and always added pleanty of cracked pepper. I've used almonds and cashews, both work well.
All in all these are a fabulous burger patty...for both vegetarians and meat-lovers alike.”
