  • 2 bottles dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup peach-flavored brandy or liqueur
  • Peel from 2 large oranges, removed in spirals with vegetable peeler
  • 1 quart chilled club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lb. peaches, peeled, cut into pieces, or frozen sliced peaches, thawed


Servings 12


Step 1

Combine wine, brandy, and orange peel in large pitcher. Chill until cold, at least 2 hours.

Just before serving, add soda and ice. Stir to mix and pour into wine glasses. Add more ice and peach pieces to each drink; serve.
