- COOKIES-CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES
- CRISPY AND MAKES 45 GOOD SIZE COOKIES
- 1 C MARGARINE (ROOM TEMP)
- 3/4 C BROWN SUGAR
- 3/4 C SUGAR
- 1 EGG
- 1/4 C WATER
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1 C FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TSP CINNAMON
- 3 1/4 QUICK OATS
- 6 OZ MINI OR REG CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- MIX TOGETHER FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS. ADD SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS. STIR IN OATS AND CHIPS.
- DROP BY SPOONFULS ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 8-10 MINUTES
