Ingredients
- BATTER:
- 1/2 cup butter (room temp)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 cup rhubarb with 1 tbsp flour
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup butter (room temp)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 350 degree - Bake 30 - 35 minutes
Grease and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Cream ½ cup butter with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Alternate between dry ingredients and milk ending with flour. Add rhubarb.
For the topping, mash together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Crumble over cake.
