Ingredients

  • BATTER:

  • ½

    cup butter (room temp)

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 2

    cup flour

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • 1

    cup sour milk

  • 2

    cup rhubarb with 1 tbsp flour

  • TOPPING:

  • ¼

    cup butter (room temp)

  • 2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

Directions

Preheat 350 degree - Bake 30 - 35 minutes Grease and floured 9 x 13 pan. Cream ½ cup butter with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Alternate between dry ingredients and milk ending with flour. Add rhubarb. For the topping, mash together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Crumble over cake.
