Ingredients
- 4 turkey steaks
- 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Marinade: Combine orange peel, juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Pour the marinade over the turkey steaks, turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, minimum, or overnight.
Drain the turkey steaks well, reserving the marinade. Grill steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until brown, brushing the steaks frequently with the marinade.
