  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 6 Green Chili's
  • 7 Eggs
  • Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the meat, and then peel and cut up potatoes to small bite size pared boiled potatoes till just tender.
Peel and cut chili's. Once everything is cooked and cooled mix them together and then form into balls. beat the egg white till soft perks form, then add the beaten yolks into the egg whites.
Heat oil and now roll the balls into the flour and then dip into the egg whites and once oil is hot put relleno into oil and cook till golden brown, drain on paper towels
