Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans**, drained but NOT rinsed
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2/3 cup demerara sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1

Blend all ingredients except eggs and chocolate chips in blender or food processor. Fold in eggs and pour into 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30-40 min at 350.
