Ingredients
- 14 oz Kraft Caramels
- 1 sm. can Pet Milk (5 1/3 oz.)
- 1 box German Choc. Cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo softened
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 12oz pkgd semi sweet choc. chips

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350
Combine caramels with 2/3 can Pet milk and microwave for 3 to 4 mins, stirring every minute till melted. Set aside.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan
Blend together: cake mix, softened oleo, rest of Pet milk and nuts.
Press 1/2 mixture in pan and bake 6 min at 350. Remove from oven. Sprinkle choc. chips and drizzle caramel mixture over top. Crumble the remaining dough mixture on top.
Bake 15-18 mins at 350.
Allow to cool before cutting (very important)
