  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 med. green pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups Five Brothers Oven roasted Garlic&Onion Pasta sauce
  • 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti

Step 1

Heat oil in 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil, stirring occasionally, until brown. Stir in mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper and onion are crisp-tender and chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in broth and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer uncovered 10-12 minutes to blens flavors. Serve over spaghetti
