Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup Karo syrup (white)
- 3 tblsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 teasp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and then pour into prepared pie shell. Bake for 1 hour then test to see if knife inserted comes out clean. If it jiggles when moved you need to bake it until the jiggle is gone.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. (optional)
