CHEX MUDDY BUDDIES

Ingredients

• 9 cups Chex Cereal
• 1 bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Measure cereal into large bowl. Microwave chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 minute or till mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to coat. Pour cereal into 2 gal. ziplock bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal and shake to coat. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
