Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1 lb carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 T water
- 1/4 c concentrate orange juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T snipped chives
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, heat butter add carrots and cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally. Add water, cover and cook 6 minutes.
Uncover, add concentrate, salt and pepper.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes till tender. Toss with chives
