Ingredients

    T butter

  • 1

    lb carrots, thinly sliced

  • 2

    T water

  • ¼

    c concentrate orange juice

  • ¼

    t salt

  • 2

    T snipped chives

Directions

In skillet, heat butter add carrots and cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally. Add water, cover and cook 6 minutes. Uncover, add concentrate, salt and pepper. Cook 1 to 2 minutes till tender. Toss with chives
