  • 1 can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked & diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine hot rice with butter and stir until butter has melted. Add soup and milk. Stir in chicken. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
