Pumperknickle Spinach Loaf Dip

Ingredients
- 1 large pumperknickle loaf
- 1 pkg fresh spinach (stemmed, chopped small)
- 1 pkg KNORR vegetable soup mix
- 1 container of sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, place spinach and add the remaining ingredients except for the bread. Mix until well combined and put into a container to store overnight in the refrigerator.
Cut off the top of loaf, hollow out the inside of the bread leaving a good crust as a bowl. Break off bite-size pieces and place around the loaf or into a bowl on the side.
