Pumperknickle Spinach Loaf Dip

This is a dip in its' own serving dish. Make ahead and enjoy the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pumperknickle loaf
  • 1 pkg fresh spinach (stemmed, chopped small)
  • 1 pkg KNORR vegetable soup mix
  • 1 container of sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, place spinach and add the remaining ingredients except for the bread. Mix until well combined and put into a container to store overnight in the refrigerator.

Cut off the top of loaf, hollow out the inside of the bread leaving a good crust as a bowl. Break off bite-size pieces and place around the loaf or into a bowl on the side.
