Lemon Delight (Laura B)

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter, softened
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 2 small boxes instant pudding, any flavor
• 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cut margarine into flour with a pastry blender, until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake on 350 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Cream sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour over cool crust. Refrigerate while making the next layer.

Combine pudding and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
